How to bring the price down
- Go up a tier: at 250 pieces instead of 100, the unit price falls noticeably. The configurator shows you the saving.
- Choose the right technique: for a club name and two or three bold colours, classic jacquard does the job.
- Plan ahead: order 4 to 6 weeks before you need the scarves and you avoid the express surcharge.
- Combine orders: several teams or sections of the same club, from the juniors to the veterans, can share one design.

Club scarf budget
A club scarf budget comes down to two things: the technique and the quantity. Prices are per scarf, ex VAT and excluding delivery, and they drop at 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces. Add any extras, check the next tier up, and plan resale before you order.

Are the prices shown final?
They are indicative unit prices ex VAT for the standard 140 × 18 cm size. Your final price is on your quote once we have seen your design, and only changes for a non-standard size or a special request.
Why do scarves get cheaper the more you order?
Setting up the machines and preparing the file is a fixed cost, whatever the quantity. The longer the run, the more scarves that cost is spread across.
Is delivery included?
No, prices shown exclude delivery. Shipping is itemised on your quote, based on quantity and delivery address in the UK.
Do you charge for artwork or set-up?
No. Adapting your badge and the design proof are included, with changes until you approve the final design.
Can we order fewer than 50 scarves?
The production minimum is 50 pieces per design. Below that, machine set-up would make each scarf too expensive.
